Due to the differences in product specifications, some products with special instructions cannot be returned. However, the customer has the right to claim appropriate compensation, we can handle up to 30% of the refund.
For damaged products, please provide some pictures within 3 days of receipt to show detailed information. We will give a 100% refund after confirming and receiving the return package.
For unqualified dress products, you can choose:
Retain and receive a 10% - 40% refund
Refund 70% of standard-size merchandise, or 50% of custom-size merchandise refunds.
*Refund does not include shipping charges, emergency order fees and photo confirmation fees.
How to return?
We only accept mail returns. Returned goods must be in a new state - unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and other non-human signs, each product will be equipped with a detailed manual for the return.

Please send us an online tracking number within 7 days of receiving our shipping address.
We process refunds within 7 days of receiving the package.
Once the order is placed, it starts processing, but we also know that sometimes customers need to cancel orders for some reason. How much you will get after canceling an order depends on the order status. Please check to make sure your cancellation meets the conditions.
Unpaid: Orders will be automatically cancelled within 7 days without payment.
Paid: 100% refund.
Confirmation: 90% refund.
Stocking: 60% refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.
